Do you ship internationally? 

We would be happy to provide international shipping to all of our customers provided that the Essential oil purchased follow local laws and customs regarding the Essential oil you have ordered. Please call us at +91-9599767582 for placing your enquiry. 

Do any of these oils come with unwanted side effects?

Our products have been made from natural plant extracts and safe herbs that very rarely come with any unwanted side effects. If you feel that you may be experiencing any abnormal side effects or reactions from oils, it is strongly advised that you seek medical advice immediately. 

Where do you get your products from?

We source our oils from where they grow best, which creates a high quality product that sings with distinctive aroma. 

What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping is entirely free across India! 

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

Currently we do not accept cash on delivery.

How long will my order take to deliver?

From the date of your order, we target to deliver within 4 business days. Order times can vary a little depending on your location. After ordering, we will drop you an email with tracking details of your order, so at any point in time, you can check where your shipment is and when it is expected to arrive. 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. We will provide you with tracking details of your shipment after you have completed your purchase. Our team will message and mail the tracking details to you. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled until they have been shipped. Once we email or message you shipment confirmation, modification or cancellation will not be possible.

However, if for specific reasons, the product is not as promised, then you can initiate return of the product, subject to certain criteria. You can read more about this on our Shipping and Returns page. 

What happens if I am not at home when the order is being delivered?

If there is no one available to collect the order on your behalf, then our delivery partners will leave a note of attempted delivery, and will try to deliver once again. If both deliveries result in failures, then the product will be returned to us. We will get in touch with you to arrange for a suitable delivery time and location.

Will you refund my money, or offer another Essential oil in replacement?

We will replace your Essential oil with another one of your choice, or give you the credit in your account for a later purchase. 

Can I sell your Essential oils at my retail outlet?

Our Essential oils are currently sold at various retail outlets across the country. We’re always looking out to partner with more great places, and would love to hear from you!
