DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
  • Exotic Aromas provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders, irrespective of where you live! Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners Fed Ex, BlueDart, Aramex, DHL, Amazon and Delhivery.
  • To Track status of your order please contact us on +91-9599767582, You will also receive tracking information on your register mobile number.
  • We are working on adding more logistics partners so we can cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options. We target to have your products delivered to you within 3-5 working days of you placing the order, however sometimes it might take longer. Delivery times can also be impacted by holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs.
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, but once they are dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible. 
    To cancel your order, please email us with your order number on contact@shopexoticaromas.comwithin 24 hours of placing the order or call at +91-9599767582.

  2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
    We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but realise that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you dissatisfied. Our returns policy laid out below is to deal with such situations.
  • Damaged/Defective product: In case the packaging, or the product is defective or damaged, then please raise it with us at contact@shopexoticaromas.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Subject to verification, we will have it replaced with the correct product right away! Please allow us 7 days to arrange the replacements.
  • Incorrect product/quantity shipped: In case we have shipped the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please flag it at contact@shopexoticaromas.com or call at +91-9599767582 and we will have it replaced with the correct product right away! Please allow us 7 days to arrange the replacements.

  • Product replacement: In case you'd like to swap your ordered product for another variant, please notify us of the replacement request within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Once we verify that the returned product is unopened, we will reverse the paid amount as a gift card after deducting the return courier charges. The balance amount can then be used to place multiple orders on the EXOTIC AROMAS website without a minimum order value, until the amount on the card is exhausted. 
  1. Refunds:
    Full amount paid will be refunded to the original source of payment only in case of duplicate payment. For other concerns, please reach out to us on contact@shopexoticaromas.com.
